This page is intended to receive complaints, reports of suspicions or actual knowledge of transgressions that are occurring or may occur as a result of acts or omissions practiced in the context of the activities of the companies of the IAR group. By submitting this complaint, the complainant expressly declares that it is their reasonable belief that they are reporting real facts at the time of the complaint. In the case of complaints that are not related to the activities of the IAR group of companies, they may not be considered for investigation. In this case, the complainant will be duly informed of this decision, without prejudice to the secrecy and confidentiality regimes. In the case of reports of acts or omissions that may constitute the commission of public or semi-public crimes, as defined by law, their content may be forwarded to the competent authorities, in which case we may be called upon to collaborate within the scope of the duty of cooperation, without prejudice to the applicable secrecy and confidentiality regimes. Reports received through this website will be kept for a period of no less than 5 (five) years, in accordance with the law.
